freezing pc

Hey,

My computer is irritating me. It freezes up, also the mouse and keyboard don't respond whenever I start doing anything.Why is it happening so? Help me :(

Hi Fila!

As regards me when I face such a problem firstly, I clean up registry, defrag hard drive, and lot of other things.....
